I got my Duradero's about a week ago and I couldn't be happier!! I mean from browsing options online, questions for customer service, to breaking my boots in I've never been more satisfied with a purchase intended for my feet.
First off let's talk about sizing, I've been told that I'm a 13 EEE (triple wide) and until I stumbled upon an ad for Duradero work boots I was unable to find a quality pair of boots

One of the best boots I have, at the end of the day, my feet do not hurt, like in other brands. My only issue so far, and no fault of the boot I have a very high instep/thick ankle and it is difficult to get my foot into boot. I will probably cut the tounge on the sides to make it easier to get boot on. Wear a EE in all other brands, but with the help of Duradero customer service they recommend a Medium, I was skeptical but they were correct! Don't be afraid to try them!

I would like them a little bit taller as I am not use to such a short boot. But so far I am getting use to them and liking them.

I ordered my first pair from Duradero after losing 140 pounds. My foot had changed and even the way I walk. I ordered the same size I have worn for 20 years (13W/eee). They came and were entirely too large. Between my weight loss and Duradero's roomy design I needed to go smaller so I ordered a 12M which ended up too narrow then a 12W/eee which was a touch too long. After three pairs I went to an 11.5W/eee which is perfect! I kept the 12w and the 11.5w but the two pairs i sent back , which had been worn, Duradero refunded me in minutes of shipping the return which they also paid both times for the shipping back. Side note, their photo app to determine my shoe size told me 11.5w to begin with but I didn't trust it because I had worn 13w for so long, I was wrong! I know this sounds like a paid add but my experience has been that good so I wanted to give them the credit due. I WILL be a return customer!!

My order took over two weeks to arrive but
as soon as I got in touch with customer service they gave me a 50% discount and my order arrived within three days. I would have never bought another pair untill I had this interaction with customer support, now I will definitely do business with them again. Everyone makes mistakes, that's just business but it's how you correct those mistakes that matter. Great job!

It's a great boot but I thought it was saftey toe and I should have bought lined because the flaps of leather on the tongue, on the inside rub on my ankle

Overall I'm happy with my purchase. The first pair were ordered in my normal size 9.5 and they were too big. The website sizing feature also recommended size 9.5. The exchange process was quick and easy and very appreciated. The size 9.0 fit good after I installed my own insoles.
The right boot had a slight blemish in the leather on the outside. These are work boots for me so not a big deal. But for the money I was a little disappointed.
Breaking them in initially took about 5 full days of wearing them. But they were comfortable overall through that time. A couple spots like my small toe on each foot would get sore near the end of the day.
After having Thorogoods and Redwings of the same style, Id say these are a little overpriced. If you're actually able to take advantage of the resole/renew process, then the price is likely worthwhile. We'll see if the company is still around. If I can get 6 months out of these boots, I'll say worth the cost. My work environment isn't necessarily harsh and I've gotten almost year from other the previously mentioned brands.

Most comfortable boot I've ever had! The ability to experiment with different widths and sizes was a real bonus. Returning the ones that didn't fit couldn't have been easier.

They seem to be a decent pair of boots for the price. Good leather and sole. I did have to put an extra insole in it with some arch support.
I believe with a lot more wear while in my shop the boots will feel and fit very good.

Returned 10.5 for size 10, still too loose in heel. Decided to just return and not keep.
So, maybe next time. Boots appeared to be as advertised. Are well built. I just didn't want to have to buy bigger inserts to make up the room at the mid and heel portion/section.

Great Boots, Most comfortable work boots I ever wore. Best customer service I have seen in years. Reminds me of how customer service use to be when you bought something. They stand behind their product and they are very proud of their products.

These boots are comfortable and ready for work right out of the box. This is my second pair that way I have a pair to use when the others go back for refurbishing.
Old feet love these boots!

I am a remodeling contractor, I spend time in the field- both indoors and outdoors. I prefer an unlined, soft toe, moc toe leather workboot. So far, Ive been through several pairs of Keen boots and Brunt boots. Keens are by far the most comfortable, but the San Jose model struggles in the durability department. The Brunt "Marin" model is pretty comfortable and definitely more durable than Keen, but it aggravates a foot problem I have called "Morton's Neuroma" because the toe box is too narrow.

After reading reviews about your Buckhannon Unlined, I thought it sounded like the perfect boot for me since it checks all the boxes and boasts about a wide toe box.
I couldn't be more disappointed after just 3 days on the job. My feet are throbbing in these boots. The toe box isn't any wider than the Brunt, and they don't breathe at all, causing my feet to sweat more than any of the other unlined boots I've tried. I live at over 9,000' elevation in the Colorado Rockies, so it is not a hot and humid climate by any means.
The upper is so stiff, it cuts off my circulation while driving to and from the job. I just don't think these are the boots for me.
I would like to send them back and request a refund. I unfortunately had such high hopes, that I threw the original box away after opening them.
I know you offer a 90 day trial, but I don't think I could stand these things for 9 days. If you wouldn't mind sending a return shipping label or whatever it takes to get these back to you, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks a bunch, sorry it isn't working out.

Can't beat the value. Suggest half size smaller if unlined boot. Significantly better construction than my brunt boots which had sole deamination after a couple weeks. These are triple stitched with some extra. Very pleased. Great customer service too.
