Traditional Fit is for ones who prefer a narrower(closer to the foot) fit with a wide-toe-box(similar to most work boots but still wider).
Our newest collection, Rutland, harkens back to when you said “Mustang” you envisioned a 67’. Utilizing the classic “knife and knurl” treatment on the steel moc toe, this is no-nonsense, no frills, just incredible quality in our newest offering. After incorporating oil into the tanning process, we take the oiled, full-grain leather and put it through a series of rigorous tests to ensure its ability to repel water, strength, and durability. This form of leather is more resistant to water and other liquid damage and requires less maintenance over time. It also features corrosion-resistant hardware.
6” Rutland Moc Steel Toe Work Boots have a steel-toe structure that provides heightened protection to withhold pressure, and heavy falls, and prevent catastrophic injuries to your toes and is still pretty lightweight. The steel toe not only protects your toes but also reinforces the weight bearing of whatever you drop on it. There is ample space in the toe box that prevents blisters, and maintains air circulation. These are Duradero’s NEW traditional fit that provides adequate toe room but fits just a little closer to the foot, similar to Thorogood and Red Wing, with just slightly more room these boots will fit snugly at first, and break in like our original fit. Our traditional fit still has plenty of toe room and is perfect for Medium and Wide widths and better for feet with less volume through the instep. A better fit for a slightly narrow foot.
Functionality and durability are at the core of our brand. Our work boots feature a steel fiberglass shank that provides extra protection. The soft PU insoles provide incomparable comfort even after 14+ long hours. Our signature orange mid-soles are made from a proprietary material that is sustainable and provides exceptional shock absorption. The PU outsole is also shock-absorbing and abrasion-resistant with slip-resisting and oil-resisting properties. Our 360 Degreed Good Year Welted construction makes our boots completely resole-able! Hope you enjoy the comfort of being tough with Duradero, drop us a review once you receive it, we'd love to hear from you!
I had to come back to review these boots. Im a contractor and I love these boots. Steel tip is not so heavy as my Thourogoods were and after a couple weeks they are probably the best boots I've owned and I've had Red Wings.
I'll be looking for more boots soon as they have options for these wedge boots. For electrician its ideal.
Thank you Duragero Bootwear !
I originally ordered a 9.5 as my normal size was 10, I had some issues with the pair they sent me the arches felt different. I contacted the company and the gentleman that helped me was very nice to deal with I also wanted to try a 9 which would be a little tight but would break in nice. So after explaining everything to him he told me he would send a different 9.5 and a 9 to try and then send back whichever you don’t want. They arrived and I ended up going with the size 9, they are awesome boots and honestly better warranty and costumer service than the so called American brands. I will be purchasing more pairs off them in the future, they seem like a great company with a great product!
Quality Control is the biggest issue.. Ordered a size 8 because on the web site some say they run big so I sized down to the size 8 they fit small.Returned them for a 8 1/2 my original size i wear and they fit better so they run true to size in my opinion... Received the size 8 1/2 but one side is wider then the other on the toe box you can fisically see the difference it's not a slight defect its a big defect when you look streight down at boots..also the inside of the right boot the bottom padding on the size 8 were slightly off I can feel the edge on the tip of my toes of the padding it didnt quite cover the entire foot bed...Not to mention I tried calling custumer service and no luck I got no answer I did receive a text asking this is durodero how can we help via text several hours later. I Will be sending both pairs back and stick to my thorogoods yes they are more expensive but at least my 3 pairs I have ordered thru out the years have been perfect everytime with zero issues... I will say I gave durodero a try only because of the price point but at this point it's not worth the hassle...
Received boots quickly! Started wearing them this week and the fit is good and comfortable, took my worn boots with me in case I needed to get a break from the new ones but have been able to stay in the new ones for the full 10 hour work day all week. I will be sending my worn pair in soon for the resole and recondition
Los mejores zapatos de trabajo que he comprado superan con creces a las otras marcas
Second pair of Duradero boots and this is my brand from here forward. Little to no break in and free resole for fucks sake. These boots are legit!
Boots showed up in a timely manner. Good quality. Broke in nice. The high arch support insoles are great.
Although they are “wide (EEE), they fit similarly to the Carolina moc toe standard wide or EE width in the same size (7). They do break in nicely, but have a constant squeak.
The boots shipped extremely fast. It shipped from Dominican Republic to Memphis to California all in less than 2 days. The Duraderos are comfortable right out of the box.
Steel toe too tight. Bought the 3e but feels more like a xwide.
Fantastic, easy break in. I had an issue with some of the stitching on my first pair, and it was easy to make contact, and get an exchange done, things were handled professionally and in a timely manner, and I had the new pair in less than a week.
Very comfortable. If you are familiar with their original fit, then these run a little bit narrower as they are a more traditional fit. Still wider than many others, but grab a wide if you prefer the original fit from Duradero.
I work in manufacturing, indoors on concrete. Looking forward to seeing the long term performance and the free resole.
I wear a size 11/11.5 in shoes and I have a size 10.5 in these boots. They fit great and look good. Very impressed with customer service and these boots.
Really nice gonna take a couple days to break them in so far so good I like how they look good boot
This is my second pair. This pair was much easier to break in than my first pair. Super comfortable. I continue to recommend Duradero to my co-workers.
I wanted a wide toe box. This is not wide enough.
Let me start off by saying this. The customer care of this company could quite possibly be the best I've ever dealt with. I've worn thorogoods for years but recently they have made a slight change to their moc toe I wasn't pleased with and their customer service is horrible so I went with durodero. I really wanted these boots to work. They really are very nice boots. in every boot shoe and boot I've ever worn im a 10.5. I've never been anything else. When I did the virtual foot sizing for specifically the rutlands which I ordered. It said I was a 9.5 us. I tried different floors, different cards and it came back the same every time using the virtual sizing system. So I knew it couldn't be correct. I work in aviation. Sometimes at a desk mostly at the aircraft. So I needed 2 pairs of mocs. Non safety toe and and safety. So I ordered 2 pairs of Rutlands in 10.5. the non safety toe were clearly to big. The safety toe were a little big. So I gave them a try. Wore them for a few days and knew immediately they wouldn't work. So then I I returned them and ordered both rutlands in 10. I should tell you at this point I have a narrow to normal foot. Nothing close to wide and wear work socks with all my boots. The 10's immediately felt like they felt better. One problem a little narrowon my foot. I figured they would break in. The non steel did a little bit but are still a little narrow. The steel how ever. I wore for a week and the steel toe ended up digging into the outer edge of my foot causing hot spots and blisters. I kept the non safety toe, which I don't even wear anymore because I could never get them to fit right. And the safety toe i sent back and went back to the 10.5 what I originally had to begin with. My thought was I'd rather them be a little big then the safety toe digging into my foot. Crazy thing is the 2nd 10.5 that came in ended up digging into my foot as well and they are the same model, color, width, and size as the first which didn't dig into my foot. So my take away is, there must be some sort of quality control issue. So now I have 2 pairs of boots I don't even wear. Like I first stated the customer service of this company is really next level. But at some point I just got tired. This isn't a warning to anyone considering these boots or this company. But this is my personal experience. I really wanted these boots to work. No matter what I tried I couldn't.
This is my second pair of Duradero boots. First pair lasted me a year of heavy duty field mechanic abuse. Got the second pair to break in before sending my original pair in for resole. Love the wedge sole wish I would have gotten the wedge sooner. Super comfortable and if the last a year like the first pair they are a win in my book. Thanks Duradero!
The boots look great and fit perfectly; however, the right boot rubbed hard against the back of my foot and was very uncomfortable. I had to send them back 😞
obsessed with these boots! 2 weeks in and they are breaking in perfectly. have lost count with the compliments!
They fit true to size. Steel toe is a life saver.
I normally wear a size 12 boot. I used the app to find my perfect size. The app said an 11.5 boot would fit me perfectly. I was reluctant, but decided to go with the 11.5 sized boot. They fit perfectly.
Great pair of boots. The fit is pretty exact to size. Very good quality
My over all experience was great! I would recommend to others and will buy again.
Very professional and polite. I had to return my first ones due to my mistake . They took care of it without any problems or concerns… I will purchase my work boots from this company going forward .
