Waxhaw Comp Waterproof

Absolutely the best work boot I've bought in years. Very comfortable out the box.

The fit is very very comfortable and the size runs very true as well! Overall so far I really like them. Just have to see if they are actually waterproof or not.

Comfortable right out the box did buy the care kit and used the leather conditioner and boot wax before I started wearing them . They are the best boots I have bought in a long time ,highly recommended these boots . I work in the commercial door industry and we are outside in all weather so far are holding up great.

Been breaking these in since Friday, spent the Labor Day weekend in them equivalent hrs to my "normal boots" I work 6-10's as an electrician and typically spend 12-14 hrs in my boots. So far from the factory the Insoles are more comfortable than the ones I normally replace right away.. I walk 12-14 miles a day on the job and multiple flights of stairs.. I can see these being a major upgrade to my day and I surely hope they live true to that durability wise

These are the best work boots I have ever purchased. I will actually buy a back up pair for the future incase Duradero goes out of business or the Trump trade war increases prices. I can't say enough about how tough, comfortable and well made these boots are. Already have a few buddies buying them after they tried mine on. Thanks Duradero!!!!

So far so good. I will put these to the test in the mountains soon digging ditches, moving downed timber in snow, rain and 100 degree temps this year. We shall see how they hold up in Idaho which has some of the roughest conditions in the US. Stay tuned!

They are nice boots. But if y'all can see that part I am pointing with my finger? Well that part of the tongue is violating my ankles. So when I tie them up f***cking hurts and the feeling is annoying as shit. But I also understand that's the part where it keeps the water out. Idk if y'all have the same problem. I had to cut both sides of my tongue just so I can use them comfortably. 😒😒😒 so the water proof goes out the window.

Straight out of the box I've loved the way these boots look. They are very comfortable besides 1 spot on the left boot. Where the tongue connects to the eyelets makes a thick fold of leather that digs into my foot all day and is almost painful at times. I've only worn them for about a week now, so I'm sure they will loosen up some more. They are beautiful boots though.

Been wearing the 8” waxhaw comp (10.5 EE) for about 6-8 weeks now every day, mostly at work for 10+ hours, but also during chores, out riding the chopper etc. & so far the boots have been great.
Hardly any break-in period & have kept my feet warm, dry & comfortable in every condition. Room where you need it, plenty of support where you want it. Glad I took a chance on them.
Only thing is, I hope that by the time they need a re-sole, the company offers a wedge/lug hybrid since i work on a wide range of surfaces in every weather condition doing big commercial electrical & site/utility work. Would be nice to have some more traction, but no real complaints otherwise.

Very comfortable and light weight

To start off I just want to say these boots are ready to go straight out of the box, comfort was priority when making these boots.They have good ankle support and leather hold ups very well with the outside elements. The only complaint I would have is the souls of the boots they tend to chip very easily and wear fast but other then that boots are great.

It's ok boot to stiff of the bat , I bought a pair of brunts before I bought this pair and I'm sorry to say it but they are a lot more comfortable and not stiff at all , these last couple years if tried every boot out there , and still not satisfied, so far brunt has Bien the most impressive boot so far even better then redwing, timberland pro ,

Bought these boots after wearing redwings for 6 years, wanted to try a new brand. Duradero replaced my first pair due to a minor flaw. New pair has been great and I highly recommend anyone to buy these boots. Very comfortable, very durable. I'm a mechanic doing around 15k steps a day and they're holding up great! Would recommend due to the customer service alone!

Love these boots! Easily the most comfortable boots I’ve ever owned. The wide toe box is amazing!

Bought a pair and the right boot started squeaking with every step, like the shank broke, after about 2 months. Thankfully duradero sent me a new pair for free. Its been about 3 months since then and the right boot is starting to squeak again. Unfortunately I will not be purchasing another pair or recommending this brand to anyone.

Feel real good so far. Feel like leather is good and light like sneakers.

I really love the leather of this boot. It is very comfortable! The soles when I put them on felt amazing! Super soft and shock absorbing. But after an 8 hour shift I quickly realized they are too soft with little arch support and began to trigger my plantar fasciitis which has been dormant for 3 years. I am going today to buy arch supports to hopefully fix the problem. Otherwise, they feel like great boots!

Learned about Duradero boots from a good friend and decided to give them a try so I used the online foot measuring tool and snagged a size 10. They were slightly too big so I decided to return for a a smaller size. Called Duradero and they were extremely helpful. Their website suggested I try a size 9.5 after asking a series of questions (likely related to the scans that already had of my feet). Boom couple days later I have a size 9.5 in my hands and they fit great. Thanks to Duradero for a quality product with great customer service!

This is the second pair of shoes I've ordered from DurDero. My first pair where a pair of Fargo's. They have lasted me a year so far. The sole has just begun to separate at the toe a bit and the laces are beginning to come apart at the aglet. I work as a technician in New England and work in various conditions. The boots I have had in the past have been Keens, Thorgoods, and Timberland Pros. Typically they only lasted a year, maybe 13 months if I was lucky. I did need to replace the liners after about 4 months. My only complaint is the lug sole isn't aggressive enough. The Waxhaw so far is comfortable and hopes that it will be as good as the Fargo's. Again the only complaint I have is that that sole is not a lug sole as I do a lot of outdoor work.

It's for sure waterproof no question they are also comfy . The big problem I have is the tread on the boots. Walking in mud they have no traction . First day out at work with them in the mud I fell 3 times . I promise I've never slipped like this in any boot . I've never tried any tread like this before either so it's my own fault . If this boot had different tread it would be perfect for me.
